Real Housewives of Atlanta star, NeNe Leakes’ son Bryson Bryant was arrested for felony possession of fentanyl earlier this month.

Court documents obtained by  Radar Online, revealed that Bryson, 33, was taken into custody on July 3.

Multiple charges were brought against the 55-year-old Real Housewives Of Atlanta star’s troubled son, including possession of a scheduled II controlled substance, violation of probation, loitering, and giving a false name, address, or birthdate.

A criminal warrant stated that Bryant was arrested at a home in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

It was also written that he ‘evaded police and claimed he knew the people that lived at the residence, which was false.’

Bryant, who has a history of run-ins with the law, reportedly gave police his 24-year-old brother Brentt Leakes’ name instead of his name.

He also allegedly gave the address of a home his mother sold years ago.

Jail records show that Bryant was booked at Gwinnett County Jail with a bond set at $3,700. The booking led Bryson to also be charged with violating probation in another case.

His younger brother Brentt took to Instagram on Tuesday to seemingly respond to the breaking news. He shared a meme of his mother with her hands on her head, appearing to be in distress.

Bryant’s latest arrest comes after he was arrested for a DUI in 2011 when he failed to stay in his lane. Then, in 2012, he was detained for driving with a suspended license.

In 2015 he was also arrested after giving cops a false name during a McDonald’s raid in Georgia.
