The immediate past governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom, today June 20, honoured an invitation sent to him by the Makurdi office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC,

The former governor was invited for questioning following an ongoing investigation into alleged financial misappropriation during his tenure as an official.

The former governor arrived the EFCC office at about 10 a.m. this morning, and is said to still be at their office as he is still being questioned.
